"The staff are always professional and pleasant to deal with. The weight loss plan itself is clear and easy to understand. Following the plan is made easier by its simplicity and no need for counting calories or unusual foods. It only needs common kitchen measuring cups for a while until you can estimate quantities using your own tableware. The only uncommon equipment is a kitchen scale to measure weights of some foods. I didn’t use any appetite suppressants, and didn’t really get more exercise, since I have a back injury that limits mobility. I was able to drop over 80 pounds and have kept it off for about a year now, and have stopped yearning for the foods that got me fat in the first place. Overall it’s been a very positive experience."
