About Randy Armstrong, MD

Randy Armstrong, MD, is an experienced and compassionate OB/GYN at Garcia Weight Loss Aesthetics & Hormone Therapy serving patients in Brandon, Palm Harbor, Tampa, and South Tampa, Florida. Dr. Armstrong is also a bioidentical hormone specialist, medical weight loss physician, and aesthetic medical director.
He completed his undergraduate degree at Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama. Dr. Armstrong was then accepted into the charter class at the University of South Florida Health Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida.
After receiving his medical degree, he became an intern and resident in the OB/GYN department at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Florida, serving as chief resident from 1977-1978. After completing his residency, Dr. Armstrong joined Dr. Jay Garcia at his private OB/GYN practice and became board certified in 1980.
Dr. Garcia and Dr. Armstrong ran a successful OB/GYN practice in Tampa for 27 years. In 2004, Dr. Garcia retired to start what would soon become the most successful and respected weight management, aesthetics, and hormone replacement practice in Tampa.
Just one year in, Dr. Garcia asked Dr. Armstrong to join him in this practice, bringing together two long-term friends and medical partners.
Dr. Armstrong currently serves as medical director at Garcia Weight Loss Aesthetics & Hormone Therapy at all four offices and is excited to be part of this respected, successful, and growing practice honoring the legacy of Dr. Garcia.
About Imee Tanael, APRN

Imee Tanael, APRN, FNP-C, is an advanced registered nurse at Garcia Weight Loss Aesthetics & Hormone Therapy serving patients in Brandon, Florida.
Born and raised in the Philippines, Imee received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Angeles University Foundation in Angeles, the Philippines, one of the top universities in the country.
During her time in the Philippines, she established her nursing career with extensive experience in medical-surgical, OB/GYN, critical care, and nursing education and management.
Today, Imee calls the United States her home and has dedicated ten years as an emergency nurse and a charge nurse with one of the busiest hospitals in the Tampa Bay area.
Imee has also furthered her higher education while juggling family responsibilities and full-time job demands. She graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia, where she specialized as a family nurse practitioner.
With all this under her belt, she practiced with one of the most renowned cardiovascular groups in Tampa, optimizing her experience in acute/critical care and outpatient follow-up, specializing in cardiology and cardiovascular interventions.
Imee, a member of the Obesity Medicine Association, currently specializes in medically-supervised weight loss and obesity management from pediatric adolescents to adults. She is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a family nurse practitioner.
About Casey Herschell, MSN, APRN

Casey Herschell, APRN, AGNP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She works at Garcia Weight Loss Aesthetics & Hormone Therapy, serving patients in Brandon, Palm Harbor, Tampa, and South Tampa, Florida. Casey's specialty is adult-gerontology primary care.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. After graduating, she continued her education, obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing from Ball State University.
Casey has been a nursing professional for 15 years and has worked as an advanced practice registered nurse in rheumatology and spine surgery. Before her advanced practice work, she served many years as a nurse in a hospital, primarily on a medical-surgical unit with a specialty in stroke care.
She currently specializes in medically-supervised weight loss, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and aesthetic procedures, including Botox and dermal fillers.
Casey consistently provides exceptional patient-centered care. She finds passion in getting to know her patients and providing individualized care.

Julie Dudley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Petersburg College in St. Petersburg, Florida, and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida.
She began her career in healthcare in 2006, starting as a pharmacy technician and medical assistant. Since then, Julie has gained experience working in the hospital with neurological patients in outpatient surgery in the orthopedic and spinal fields and primary care.
Now, Julie is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a family nurse practitioner. She currently specializes in medically-supervised weight loss and wellness, as well as aesthetic procedures, including bioidentical hormone replacement, Botox, and PDO Nova Threading.
Julie consistently provides exceptional patient-centered care while being passionate, thorough, and empathetic. She takes pride in building one-on-one relationships with each individual patient and customizes every patient’s plans according to their needs.
About Jenna Langford, FNP-BC

Jenna Langford, APRN, FNP-BC, is an advanced nurse practitioner at Garcia Weight Loss Aesthetics & Hormone Therapy serving patients in Brandon, Palm Harbor, Tampa, and South Tampa, Florida. Jenna consistently provides exceptional patient-centered care while being compassionate, thorough, and empathetic.
Jenna is a Tampa native and graduate of Breckenridge College of Nursing, where she obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing. She then furthered her education by attending South University in Savannah, Georgia, where she earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing.
Jenna is a board-certified family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is also an inducted member of the Alpha Beta Kappa National Honor Society, the ENP Network, the Tampa Bay Advanced Practice Nurses Council, and the Obesity Medicine Association.
Jenna has always been interested in caring for all patients, from infants to geriatrics. She spent 17 years in the emergency department, treating pediatrics and adults. During that time, she was recognized for her clinical excellence and teamwork while taking on numerous different roles.
Some of the roles that Jenna adopted included being appointed as a supervisor for various computer and electronic systems and assisting in opening and developing processes for a newly built state-of-the-art Emergency Department.
As a nurse practitioner, Jenna has practiced in primary care, specializing in adults and pediatrics with a concentration on weight management, nutrition, aesthetic procedures, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapies. She is also certified as an aesthetic injector by the Aesthetic Medical Educators Training Company.
At Garcia Weight Loss Aesthetics & Hormone Therapy, Jenna treats each patient individually and customizes their treatment plan according to their specific needs.
About Alice Goodman, APRN, FNP-C

Alice Goodman, APRN, FNP-C, is an advanced registered nurse at Garcia Weight Loss Aesthetics & Hormone Therapy serving patients in Brandon, Palm Harbor, Tampa, and South Tampa, Florida.
In 1985, she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Nebraska at Kearney in Kearney, Nebraska. She furthered her education by obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida, in 2002.
Alice is a family nurse practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her nursing career has encompassed patient care of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics. She has been privileged to work with some of the finest physicians in the Tampa area, who respect her for her compassion, good judgment, and sound clinical skills. She also spent five years in the Air Force and another five years in the Air Force Reserves.
Alice received extensive hands-on training in medical aesthetics, enabling her to refine her skills to the highest levels possible. Over the last 18 years, she has dedicated her career to focusing on medical aesthetics treatments, such as Botox injections, dermal fillers, and adult wellness, including hormone replacement therapy for men and women.
